Beta Terms of Use
These terms apply to the FinishQuote New Zealand beta. By using the beta, you agree to use it for evaluation and to independently verify its outputs.
Estimate-grade tool
FinishQuote is a takeoff and quoting aid, not a construction drawing, surveying, engineering, tax, accounting, building consent, or legal compliance service. Measurements, openings, waste, pattern repeats, package specifications, stock, labour, supplier pricing, tax treatment, and totals must be checked before a quote is accepted or materials are ordered.
Beta availability
The beta may contain errors, change without notice, lose compatibility with earlier test data, or be suspended. Keep independent copies of important customer and quote information.
Your responsibilities
- Use accurate, authorised project and customer information.
- Verify all quantities and commercial terms.
- Protect access to the device containing FinishQuote data.
- Comply with applicable consumer, tax, privacy, and construction obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to FinishQuote or related services.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular job. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
